With more than 20 years of experience we diligently perform routine visual inspections of your home, both interior and exterior while updating you regularly of the condition of your home.
- Check for Bugs and Rodents (we work closely with local Pest Control Companies).
- Run water at all faucets while checking for under counter leaks etc. keeping seals from becoming dry and cracking.
- Air Conditioning temperature checks.
- Checking outside irrigation, and landscaping care(working with either the HOA or your Gardener).
- Pool Condition ( in summer pool technicians can let your pool turn green if nobody is holding them accountable)
- Pick up and flyers, newspapers and mail (keeping the home looking kept and occupied.)
- Appliance and Equipment Checks, Golf Cart and Automobile Battery Maintenance. (Water in Batteries evaporates quickly in the Desert).
- Cleaning Service, Handyman Services. (We have relationships and work with cleaners and Home Service Experts)
- Vacation Rental and Home Owner Arrival Preparation
- Full Concierge Service is available, ie. Shopping running errands, airport rides etc.
